Office Building Hans Sachs Strasse, Klagenfurt

The office property in a central downtown location was newly conceptualized on the basis of an existing residential building permit. It was redesigned and subsequently constructed within a very short time. Special features of this project are the special requirements of the interior planning and the sustainable technical building equipment (self-sufficient energy concept).
