Sustainable building with Madaster

Sustainable construction projects using Madaster

OK ZT-GmbH presents a new type of structural building assessment that focuses on sustainability and the circular economy: Applying Madaster.

As a Kennedy partner of Madaster Austria, a pioneer in the promotion of the circular economy in the construction industry, OK ZT-GmbH implements projects in close cooperation with Madaster. The aim is to create a comprehensive material passport for the materials used in the respective buildings in order to evaluate their recyclability and ensure sustainable construction.

OK ZT-GmbH has been involved in current projects since the early planning stages. This early involvement in the planning process ensures that our clients’ buildings are optimally designed for sustainability in order to obtain the relevant certifications and subsidies.

Using Madaster, an assessment of the materials used in the building can be carried out, taking into account aspects such as circularity and CO2 emissions. This enables a well-founded analysis of the environmental impact and helps to minimize the ecological footprint.

he main focus of the projects is often on creating a detailed material passport, which, among other things, forms the basis for assessing the recyclability of the materials used. This material passport is not only relevant for compliance with the EU taxonomy or for building certifications, but also serves as proof of the comprehensive consideration of sustainability criteria in the construction process.

By integrating Madaster into the planning process, we at OK ZT-GmbH can give clients and planners the certainty that their construction projects not only meet the required environmental standards, but also make a positive contribution to environmental protection in the long term.
