Senecura Retirement Home in Slovenia
The construction project of the health and retirement home of the SeneCura Group in Pivka, Slovenia, is now entering the final construction phase.
The facility is taking shape and the project is progressing in leaps and bounds. Especially towards the end of a large construction project it can be stressful – because everyone is working hard on finishing the project within the initial time schedule.
Currently, there are still about 3 months until the final completion.
OKZT as general planner for W&P Wietersdorf
The construction of the new office building for W&P Wietersdorf at the location in Klein Sankt Paul, Carinthia, is progressing with great steps! Currently, the last ceiling of the shell construction has been started – thus, the project is fully on schedule.
OKZT is acting as general planner as well as project manager for this construction project.
