Smart Facility Management – the future is now
OK ZT-GmbH takes care of your real estate throughout its entire life cycle and already thinks about the necessities of operation during construction.
In this area, we have spent the last few years developing a digital tool with partners for the implementation of building control technology, maintenance support and operating cost monitoring, and have already installed it several times for clients.
Smart facility management already helps our clients to reduce their carbon-footprint.
On May 9, 2023, we were allowed to present this tool at a Matrix42 Experience Day on-stage and received a lot of positive feedback.

Hydropower plants are a challenging engineering discipline …
… to which we have dedicated ourselves for many years. Our expertise covers the planning, calculation and supervision of projects at home and abroad.
In addition to the construction of new plants, our focus is also increasingly on the conversion and revitalization of existing hydropower plants. We recognize the value and potential of such projects and are committed to further optimizing hydropower generation.
Currently, work is starting on the refurbishment of the Afritz power station for Kelag Energie. In close cooperation with the Kelag team, we as OKZT are responsible for the structural design and implementation planning for this challenging project.
