Sepero Crane Construction
In the construction project for our customer Sepero, one of the leading companies in the field of corrosion protection, the two hall cranes were recently installed on schedule. The construction work is proceeding according to plan and the outer shell of the hall is largely closed.
This means that the machine installation can start on time and the trial operation in October is once again a big step closer.
New construction project in Griffen, Carinthia
Not much can be seen on the construction site yet, but a new hall will soon be built for Griffner Pulverbeschichtungsgesellschaft m.b.H. at Griffen, Carinthia. The construction project comprises 3700m² of production area including an office wing.
Construction began at the end of June with the start of site preparation. Subsequently, the ground improvement measures were started.

New building of a residential complex in Wolfsberg, Carinthia
For our client, a suburban small housing estate in Wolfsberg, Carinthia, OKZT was commissioned with the structural design and the tendering.
The project involves the new construction of a residential complex consisting of 22 barrier-free apartments including underground parking. Construction stage 1 was already completed in 2017.
The residential project is declared as “climate active” – which means that ecological construction methods are used. High quality standards in the area of energy efficiency and the use of environmentally friendly building materials are key factors here.
Currently, the preparation of the construction site with soil improvement measures and the first concreting works have started.
