OK ZT-GmbH on the way to certification as a family-friendly company
Family-friendliness is not just a buzzword for us, but a central component of our corporate culture. That is why we are currently working towards certification as a family-friendly company!
As part of this process, we recently held an inspiring workshop with our auditor Elisabeth Sickl and our dedicated project group. Together with Alexandra Gad, Carmen Kupper, Daniela Natalie, Marko Egger and Ozbij Zih, we developed valuable ideas to further improve the compatibility of work and family life.
We are looking forward to the next steps – because a strong team needs a supportive environment!
