Review: Business Day at the HTL Villach

On December 5, 2024, OK ZT GmbH was once again part of the Business Day at the HTL Villach. The event offered a great opportunity to talk to the talented students of one of the leading technical educational institutions in Carinthia.

Exciting insights and valuable discussions

Our team used the event to give interested pupils an insight into our work. From exciting projects to our innovative approaches to construction planning – we were able to hold many inspiring discussions and answer questions about entering the construction and engineering industry.

We were particularly pleased about the great demand for internships and the high level of interest in possible career opportunities at OK ZT GmbH. Numerous school students came to find out about the requirements, prospects and working methods in our company – a sign that the next generation of civil engineers is starting out with a great deal of commitment and enthusiasm.

Strengthening the network, discovering talent

The open day not only gave us the opportunity to get to know potential future employees, but also to strengthen our network and lay the foundations for future collaborations together with HTL Villach. It is particularly important for us to promote young talent at an early stage and give them the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Together into the future

Our participation in the open day has once again shown how important the exchange between companies and schools is. We look forward to welcoming some of the motivated pupils to our team in the near future – either as part of an internship or as part of OK ZT GmbH.
