Progress on the Maria Rain educational campus: Phase 1 successfully completed
We are delighted to announce that the first phase of the project was completed on time and handed over to the municipality of Maria Rain at the end of May. This milestone marks an important step in the expansion of the educational campus and allows school operations to continue seamlessly in the new building while the existing building is being renovated until the fall.
The project, which has already been presented in this article, has made impressive progress right from the start. The first successes were documented in this follow-up article.
The cooperation with the architectural firm Thurner, with whom OK ZT acts as general planner in a consortium, and our role at OK ZT, which also takes on the local construction supervision, construction geology and infrastructure planning, have proven to be extremely effective. Together, we ensure that all construction work is carried out precisely and efficiently.
The seamless continuation of school operations in the new building is a testament to the careful planning and execution of the project. We look forward to following the progress of the next phases and are convinced that the Maria Rain educational campus will be a role model for successful educational construction projects.
We will continue to keep you informed of developments and would like to thank everyone involved for their commitment and excellent work.
