Progress at Lakeside Science & Technology Park: Components B17 and B14

The Lakeside Science & Technology Park in Klagenfurt continues to grow: the new construction of components B17 and B14 not only complements the existing building concept, but also expands its functionality. Details of the construction project

The construction project comprises the erection of two modern office buildings that fit seamlessly into the overall ensemble of the park:

Component B17:
This building is being constructed in the southern area of the site and has a first floor and two upper floors with a net floor area (NFA) of approx. 1975 m².
Current status: The shell construction work has been completed. The interior plastering and the exterior façade construction are currently being completed.

Component B14:
This building is connected to the south-east of the existing building B15 and comprises a first floor and three upper floors with a gross floor area of approx. 2560 m².
Current status: The shell construction work is currently on the second floor and is progressing according to plan.

An enrichment for the innovation location

Lakeside Science & Technology Park is sending out a clear signal for growth and modernization with the new buildings of components B17 and B14. The buildings create urgently needed work and office space and contribute to the further development of one of the most important innovation centers in Carinthia.
