New project “MY PLACE Graz” about to be let

We are pleased to present OKZT’s latest project: MY PLACE Graz will soon be released for letting. This modern self-storage building in the heart of Graz sets new standards in terms of design, functionality and sustainability.

Our role in MY PLACE Graz

OKZT was responsible for the structural design of this impressive project. Our team developed a highly optimized load-bearing system that meets both the aesthetic and functional requirements of the client. The implementation was carried out with the utmost precision and adherence to deadlines, which contributed significantly to the success of the project.

An optimized load-bearing system for maximum efficiency
