October 2024 marked the start of another impressive construction project in which OK ZT-GmbH is contributing its expertise as the local construction supervisor. The construction of the new K\u00f6flach fire station will be an architecturally and technically sophisticated building that meets the high standards of functionality, safety and state-of-the-art equipment.<\/p>\n
Following the ground-breaking ceremony in October 2024, the construction project had already made significant progress by Christmas:<\/p>\n
Foundations and floor slab:<\/strong> work on the foundations and floor slab is almost complete. This rapid progress reflects not only the excellent planning, but also the commitment of everyone involved on the construction site.<\/p>\n It is particularly pleasing that the project is fully on schedule despite the demanding technical and architectural requirements. This underlines the effective cooperation between all trades and the precise supervision and coordination by our team.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With the basic structure of the armory now in place, all eyes are now on the next construction phases. In the coming months, the K\u00f6flach fire department will have access to a modern and functional new building that meets the highest standards in terms of safety and working conditions.<\/p>\n As the local construction supervisor, OK ZT-GmbH is proud to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of this challenging project.
