Client:<\/strong> Lakeside Science & Technology Park The construction project comprises the erection of two modern office buildings that fit seamlessly into the overall ensemble of the park:<\/p>\n Component B17:<\/strong> Component B14:<\/strong> Lakeside Science & Technology Park is sending out a clear signal for growth and modernization with the new buildings of components B17 and B14. The buildings create urgently needed work and office space and contribute to the further development of one of the most important innovation centers in Carinthia.<\/p>\n Our task in structural engineering is to create the basis for durable, safe and efficient buildings. This building is being constructed in the southern area of the site and has a first floor and two upper floors with a net floor area (NFA) of approx. 1975 m\u00b2.
Current status: The shell construction work has been completed. The interior plastering and the exterior fa\u00e7ade construction are currently being completed.<\/p>\n
This building is connected to the south-east of the existing building B15 and comprises a first floor and three upper floors with a gross floor area of approx. 2560 m\u00b2.
Current status: The shell construction work is currently on the second floor and is progressing according to plan.<\/p>\nAn enrichment for the innovation location<\/h3>\n
