As OK ZT GmbH, we are delighted to be part of another innovative construction project. For our client, LWBK K\u00e4rnten, we are responsible for the structural design of the new Harbach 3-6 building, a future-oriented residential project that combines state-of-the-art living requirements with sustainable building concepts.<\/p>\n
Client:<\/strong> LWBK Carinthia With its HeimatGl\u00fcck concept, the Harbach 3-6 project pursues a clear vision: to optimally meet the housing needs of modern society. This is achieved through demand-oriented construction, a lively community, innovative green space design and environmentally friendly mobility solutions.<\/p>\n Planning is in full swing and we are pleased that preparations for the start of construction in August 2024 are on schedule. The work is divided into the following construction phases:<\/p>\n Construction phase 1:<\/strong> Reinforced concrete and masonry work on the first floor Construction phase 3:<\/strong> Start of excavation work in February 2025<\/p>\n Our task in structural planning is to create a stable and future-proof foundation for these construction phases. We work closely with all parties involved to ensure maximum precision and efficiency.<\/p>\n What makes this project special is its strong focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness. The well thought-out green and open space design creates quality of life and a special recreational value for the future residents. The use of modern technologies such as photovoltaic systems maximizes energy efficiency and contributes to reducing the ecological footprint.<\/p>\n Harbach 3-6 is a residential project that not only impresses with its contemporary architecture and innovative concepts, but also understands the needs of today’s society.
