OKZT is working on this project as general planner on one of the largest logistics centers in Slovenia. The length of the building is almost 500m. The foundation is on fill, partly rock, in geologically challenging karst terrain (cave deposits).<\/p>\n

After a long approval phase including environmental impact assessments, construction is now being implemented rapidly. Handover and completion are scheduled for spring 2023, construction work started in April 2022 in the foundation area.<\/p>\n
