In the construction project for our customer Sepero, one of the leading companies in the field of corrosion protection, the two hall cranes were recently installed on schedule. The construction work is proceeding according to plan and the outer shell of the hall is largely closed.<\/p>\n

Not much can be seen on the construction site yet, but a new hall will soon be built for Griffner Pulverbeschichtungsgesellschaft m.b.H.<\/em> at Griffen, Carinthia. The construction project comprises 3700m\u00b2 of production area including an office wing.<\/p>\n Construction began at the end of June with the start of site preparation. Subsequently, the ground improvement measures were started.<\/p>\n The services of OKZT in this project include:<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery gallery_ids=”2857,2855″ posts_number=”8″ show_title_and_caption=”off” show_pagination=”off” _builder_version=”4.17.6″ locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_gallery][et_pb_text admin_label=”VKS Wolfsberg Wohnanlage” _builder_version=”4.17.6″ text_text_color=”rgba(255,255,255,0.7)” text_line_height=”1.8em” header_2_text_color=”#ffffff” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n For our client, a suburban small housing estate in Wolfsberg, Carinthia, OKZT was commissioned with the structural design and the tendering.<\/p>\n The project involves the new construction of a residential complex consisting of 22 barrier-free apartments including underground parking. Construction stage 1 was already completed in 2017.<\/p>\n The residential project is declared as “climate active” – which means that ecological construction methods are used.
