Nursing home in \u017diri, Slovenia<\/h2>\n

The construction of the new SeneCura nursing home in \u017diri, Slovenia, is running and the building is taking shape. The nursing home will have capacity for 60 residents plus employees.<\/p>\n

OKZT is taking care of the project coordination, complete tendering, budget monitoring, site supervision, architectural execution, as well as the civil statical design. Once the shell construction is finished, the inside installations are going to start.<\/p>\n

For the sports retailer Decathlon, OKZT prepared a new retail area in the existing building of the RUTAR center in Klagenfurt, which has a size of about 2400 m\u00b2 altogether.<\/p>\n

Our responsibilities included project coordination, complete tendering, the contracting of all subcontractors, budget monitoring, site supervision, and architectural\/civil design.<\/p>\n

A quite challenging project, but with the right team, anything is possible. With the newly developed retail area, RUTAR and Decathlon are now situated under one roof.
